Arby's at 106 Walton Street East, Willard, Ohio.

Food has good flavor, but never hot...luke warm at best...don't know how they pass Health Department "holding temp" requirement. Restaurant has been reasonably clean every visit ( I always dine in). Current (March 2018)evening management is a little iffy IMO. Have been overcharged twice in past 3 months, and Mgr. handled poorly both times. One time did not refund proper amount, but I had become too frustrated to pursue further. Biggest "complaint with Arby's is they are just too expensive. Probably would never eat there if Mom didn't love the Reuben Sandwich.
